Welcome within the martial arts school Wing Shun & Eskrima.

Wing Shun

The Wing Shun, Wing Tsun Kung Fu, is a martial art of chinese origin, created around 300 years ago.
One can start training in Wing Shun, whatever his physical condition, stoutness, gender or previous experience in martial arts. So Wing Shun is a self-defence system open to everybody and at every age.

Eskrima

The fierce martial art of the philipino warriors is still taught today.
Training is performed with two wooden sticks, but the concepts of eskrima are appliable to any common object (newspaper, cell phone, pen…), and even with empty hands facing an agressor carrying a weapon.

Founded in 1996 in Languedoc Roussillon (South of France) by one of the first students in France of the Wing Tsun Kung Fu Leung Ting system and Escrima Latosa system, our school has never stop working for the development and practising of these martial arts.
Now, independant school affiliated to FFKDA federation, it is present in several cities in France. Through the experiences and the path of its instructors and students it has forged a dynamic spirit and method in the respect of the tradional exercises and the requirements of a self-defence fitted to the modern world.

Self-defence

Our teaching is essentially based on realistic self-defence and not on a competitive aspect, although it is a physical and sports activity. The techniques taught are forbidden in martial sports competitions. The management is provided by a professionnal of the security, in the respect of the law on self-defence of the french penal code.

Efficiency

Our main research is to get a great efficacity by learning martial techniques and concepts which proved themselves during many conflicts over centuries, and can be actualized to adapt the evolution of agressive behaviours in our modern societies. Respecting the adage of our martial disciplines: "a maximum of efficacity with a minimum of techniques physical efforts."

Perseverance.

One of the main quality that we develop in our teaching is to make the training and techniques of our students fonctionnal, from our experience as pioneers of these disciplines and the day to day experience of everyone, teachers as students.
We wish you a good visit on our website.
