Get started with two free training session

To subscribe you must provide four id photos and a medical certificate for training in martial arts. The Sifu and his assistants are at your disposal for any question.

To begin you will need :

• A white T-shirt
• Black kung-fu or jogging pants
• Chinese traditional shoes or wrestling shoes
• A pair of shin guard and a groin guard are very advisable

While progressing you will need :

• A pair of fingerless gloves
• A gum shield
• A pair of elbow protector
• A pair of Knee protector
• A pair of sticks for Eskrima
